今日は、私が海外旅行中に役に立ったアプリを紹介します！
すべて無料のアプリです。

Recently Hokkaido is always cloudy. These weather make us bad mood, isn’t it?
Today I will introduce you some apps which is very useful during travel abroad. All apps I will introduce you now is free.
1. Maps.me
地図アプリです。
wifiが繋がった状態で、必要な国、町の地図をダウンロードしておきます。そうすると、オフラインでもGPSで現在地が分かるので見知らぬ土地ではとても役立ちます。
私はSIMカードも基本的に利用しないので、オフラインでも使えるこのアプリは海外で欠かせません。
This is a app of map.
First you should download maps of towns you will visit with WiFi. Then you know where you are by GPS without WiFi.
Usually I don’t buy SIM card when I travel abroad so this app, which we can use under off line, is so useful for me.
2. Currency
各国通貨のレートが確認できます。
使い慣れていない通貨だと、「これって日本円でいくらくらいだろう」とすぐ計算するのが難しいので、そんな時に使用しています。
You can check rates of foreign currency.
Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to think immediately “How much will it be in Japanese yen?” if the currency is not familiar with me. So when these things happen, I use this app.
3. Booking.com
ゲストハウスやホテルの予約、予約の管理ができます。
アプリが無くても予約はできるのですが、アプリだと自分の予約している宿がパッと確認できるので、数日ごとに違う宿に泊まる時は特に便利です。
You can book and manage your accommodations.
Actually you can book without this app. But you can confirm and check your booking easily on this app so especially when you book several accommodations, this app will be useful.
4. Uber
Uberは日本ではあまり馴染みがありませんが、タクシーみたいなものです。
一般の人が、時間の空いている時に自分の車で格安でタクシードライバーの役割を果たしてくれているといった感じです。
出発地と現在地を入力し検索すると、候補の車が表示されます。約何分で来てくれるかと、値段があらかじめ表示されています。利用したいと思う車をタップし、お願いしたら車を待つだけです。表示された値段より多くとられるなんてこともないので、ぼったくられる心配もありません。
全ての地域で普及しているわけではないので、事前に旅行先で利用されているのか試しに検索してみるといいかもしれません。私はシンガポール、マレーシア、タイ、ケニアで利用したことがあります。値段は普通のタクシーの半額くらいだったり、それ以下だったりするので、私はとてもお世話になりました。
Uber はオフラインでは使えません。
Uber is like a taxi.
Driver is a person who have a car and time. Uber is cheaper than taxi. How to use is, just put in destination and from where, then you see how soon driver is coming and the price. Then if you want you can ask to drive. They don’t charge you more than app show, so you don’t have to worry about over charge.
I used Uber at Kenya, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. It was so cheap and convenient.
5. CamScanner
文書をデバイス上で管理するのに便利です。
写真を撮ると、普通の写真と違い文字が見やすいように加工してくれます。重い本や余計な書類を持たずにスマホで見ることができるので、荷物を極力減らしたい時に役立ちます。
もちろん旅以外でも大いに利用できますが、私はよく"地球の歩き方"を写真に撮ってフォルダとしてまとめてから旅に行きます。
It is a convenient app for managing papers as a device.
Taking photos of articles through this app, it will become easier to read. So you don’t have to bring heavy books when you travel.
Of course it will be convenient not only when you travel, but usually when I travel I use this app then I don’t bring guide books.
