女子旅③キプロス 〜結婚式〜

アテネの次に来たのは、トルコの南に位置する島国、キプロスです！

今回の旅の目的は、このキプロスでの結婚式に出席するためでした！

カナダ人の友人が、キプロス出身の方と結婚するということで、結婚式はキプロスで行われました。

The next destination after Athens was Cyprus, an island country places south of Turkey.

The main purpose of this trip was attending my friends wedding in Cyprus!
My Canadian friend got married with women from Cyprus. That’s why they had a wedding in Cyprus.

結婚式は夕方からスタートしました。午後7時頃ですが、日が沈むのが日本よりも遅く、まだ明るいです。

ビーチ沿いのレストランが会場です。

The wedding started at the evening. It was around seven pm but it wasn’t dark because sundown was late here. 

It held at the restaurant beside the beautiful beach.

ここで結婚の誓いなどが行われました。新郎新婦、共通の友人が式の司会などをしていました。

Bride and groom vowed here. And theirs friend was a chairman of this wedding.

ようやく日が沈んできました。

Finally it became dark.

日が沈み始めた頃から、レストランの中で食事です。新婦のお父さんのスピーチや、ケーキ入刀が行われました。

After they vowed, it was a dinner time. At the restaurant, also brides father had a speech and cake cutting ceremony was held.

月も綺麗です。

Moon was also beautiful.

そして食事のあとは再び外へ。

ひたすら踊ります。

After the dinner, we went outside again then we danced and danced all night.

友人もお嫁さんも本当に幸せそうで、家族や友人たちもみんな楽しそうで、笑いあり涙ありの本当に素敵な式でした！！！

ロケーションも最高すぎました。

私は結婚式に出席したのはこれが初めてでしたが、本当に感動でした。

新郎新婦を見ていると、こちらまで幸せになりました。

私も、いつかこんな結婚式がしたいなぁと思いました！(予定は全くありませんが…笑)

招待してくれた友人に感謝ですね。

キプロスに行って良かったなぁと本当に思いました。

それに、今回こんな機会がなければ、人生でキプロスへ行くこともなかったのではと思います。

友達が「キプロスで結婚式やるよ！」って言われるまで、正直場所どころか国の名前なのか地域の名前なのかも分かりませんでした。(ごめんなさい…)

別の機会に、キプロスの観光についても投稿しようと思います！

My friend and his bride looked really happy, theirs friends and family everyone looked so happy too. We laughed a lot and also cried. The wedding was beautiful, wonderful and awesome!!!
Location was also amazing.
It was a first time for me to attend the wedding and it was really moving.
When I saw bride and groom, I felt happy too.

Someday I want to have such a beautiful wedding in the future, I don’t have a plan yet.

I really appreciated my friend to invited me on his wedding.
I was so happy to be there.
Also I thought, I won’t visit Cyprus if my friend didn’t invite me. Because I didn’t know nothing about Cyprus before this time (sorry...) It means I didn’t know it was a country name or not...

So next time I will share sightseeing memories.
